Today I had my first run with WpfAmp as a home theater system. It turns out, it works quite well. There is no last.fm connection in the pictures, as I had no UTP outlet behind the tv, nor a WiFi USB stick. Poor me.

WPF NavigationWindow – reinventing the wheel

Ever been annoyed by the clicky sound the built-in NavigationWindow class makes on each page change? Well, I came up with a solution (one could always turn off the sound in Windows, but that’s not really consumer-friendly, is it?).

WpfAmp Now Playing screen

I pimped the Now Playing screen a bit today: a new skin, artist image in the background, top tracks and similar artists are shown, all thanks to the fabulous last.fm api.
